There are loads of ways you can help NLT.

Prayer at all times is essential for our work in Nepal

1.  One of our doctors, Dr. Krishna Llama, had an accident picking mangos in his back garden in the summer 2008.  He sustained a nasty compound fracture of his left forearm (both ulna and radius bones).  He was flown to Kathmandu for an operation to have plates and screws in -serted.  Unfortunately he got an infection and he had to receive antibiotics which took quite a while to work.  He has now undergone another operation to graft in a piece of bone into the two inch gap created by the infection.  Please pray that this takes and that the nerves and muscles will work well.

UPDATE

Dr. Krishna has now recovered from his operation and is home.  X rays are being taken regularly and there is improvement every time.  He has to do exercises everyday with his hand and fingers to recover the fine movements that he needs for his work as a surgeon.  Please pray that improvement continues.  Thank you.

2.   The pressure on the wards of having spaces available for patients.
