Lalgadh Hospital and its continuing work amidst the covid crisis.

If ever there was a time for us to be in prayer by ourselves or with others by zoom, this is it.

Your prayers, for people affected by leprosy in Nepal, and for NLT’s efforts to defeat leprosy and transform lives, are powerful tools in our fight to defeat leprosy. This is doubly true in this time of crisis. People affected by leprosy are among the poorest and most vulnerable in this country. Our Hospital in Lalgadh, overseen by our Medical Director, Dr. Graeme Clugsten and his team of doctors are working hard to continue to provide the same service to leprosy patients whilst at the same time helping people who visit the hospital because they are concerned they may have the virus.

Our hospital team also visit villages around the hospital providing food and medical assistance. Please pray for their protection, their health, (tiredness), also that as funds grow low God may touch peoples’ heart to donate to these shrinking funds.

Thank you.

We pray that you, your family and friends are safe and well.

Donations can be made in the following ways:

  • by cheque payable to Nepal Leprosy Trust,
  • by direct bank transfer to NLT’s Barclays account (number 30668974, sort code 20-72-33),
  • by using the Give.net service, if you are based in the Uk
